Earning and Redeeming DISCOVERY Dollars

1. DISCOVERY Dollars can be earned and redeemed on eligible transactions and stays.
2. Earning and redeeming DISCOVERY Dollars excludes government taxes and levies, service charges, and tobacco.
3. A minimum of 10 DISCOVERY Dollars must be redeemed in a single transaction.
4. Programme benefits cannot be claimed at the same time under another reward card, travel agency, credit card, or similar benefit scheme where the same benefit is being claimed.
   

   Dining

5. The dining discounts apply to members who present a valid GHA DISCOVERY membership at settlement, whether dining as walk-in guests or with an advance restaurant reservation.
6. Discounts are capped at 20 guests, including the Cinnamon DISCOVERY member, across all tiers, except at Quizine at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Sri Lanka, where the cap is six guests, including the member, for lunch from Monday to Friday.
7. Our 24 restaurants and bars in the programme: Bistro des Marées, Staten Bar & Grill, Yoroko, Indiya, Sapphire Dragon, Cloud Wine, Gatz, Flux, Dreams & Beats, Pool+Bar09 and Quizine at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Sri Lanka; Cheers, London Grill, The Lagoon, Breeze Bar, Plates and Nuga Gama at Cinnamon Grand Colombo; Long Feng, Royal Thai, ColomBar, Pool Bar & Bistro and The Dining Room at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo; and Cloud Red and Flavoured at Cinnamon Red Colombo. Tier discounts apply at all of these except Quizine, where the discount is available to Titanium members only. DISCOVERY Dollars may be earned and redeemed at all 24.
8. No tier receives a discount or is eligible to earn or redeem DISCOVERY Dollars at the following outlets:

• Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo: Goodies, Lobby Lounge, The Library, and In-Room Dining
• Cinnamon Grand Colombo: Coffee Stop, Tea Lounge, and In-Room Dining
• Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Sri Lanka: Sweet Lab and In-Room Dining
• Cinnamon Red Colombo: Stirred and In-Room Dining

9. The standard Cinnamon DISCOVERY dining discount does not apply during designated blackout periods or special promotions, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and other special occasions where separate menus or pricing apply
10. DISCOVERY Dollars earned on dining will reflect on the member’s account 24 hours after the transaction is completed at the dining outlet.

       Stays

11. For stays, DISCOVERY Dollars will reflect on the member’s account 48 hours after check-out.
12. Room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in and apply to the member’s room only.
13. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
14. For eligible room-rate spend, the room must be reserved in the member’s name and the member must stay overnight at the participating hotel.
15. Stays are considered eligible GHA bookings when reservations are made through the GHA DISCOVERY app, the GHA DISCOVERY website, the call centre, walk-in bookings, or the Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts website.
16. Stays booked on ineligible rates are not eligible for tier benefits, and DISCOVERY Dollars cannot be earned or redeemed on them.
17. Member Rates cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
18. The Complimentary Breakfast benefit for stay guests is available to eligible Titanium members for one day per stay.
    

    Programme rules

19. GHA may modify the programme Terms & Conditions, including benefits, rewards, tier requirements, and rules.
20. GHA may terminate membership where the account is misused, including suspected fraud, dishonesty, non-payment, or material breach of the programme Terms & Conditions.
